Mr. Merchant practices insurance and criminal defense law for Watson Rounds.  He graduated from the University of San Francisco and the Ave Maria School of Law.

After law school Mr. Merchant worked for the State of Nevada Public Defenders office where he successfully represented clients charged with everything from simple misdemeanors to violent felonies and drug trafficking. His time spent in public service handling an immense volume of cases from people with diverse backgrounds has served him well in his practice with Watson Rounds.

Outside of work Mr. Merchant enjoys golfing, snowboarding and various firearm related activities. He is licensed to practice in Nevada.
