Matthew Holland

Mr. Holland practices primarily in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Insurance Defense Litigation. He has also successfully represented corporate and individual clients in Landlord/Tenant disputes, bankruptcy, premises liability, and business entity formation. Mr. Holland is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in Nevada.

Mr. Holland attended the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville where his scholastic accomplishments and skill in written and oral advocacy led to invitations to participate on the Brandeis Law Journal and the Moot Court and Professional Skills Board. While in law school, Mr. Holland served as an intern to now-retired Justice Martin E. Johnstone of the Kentucky Supreme Court and as an extern to Judge Thomas B. Wine of the Kentucky Court of Appeals. Mr. Holland was selected as one of ten law students to participate in Louisville legal community’s prestigious Brandeis Inn of Court.

Prior to law school, Mr. Holland pursued post-graduate study in the field of International Relations and Politics at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. He received his Bachelors Degree in International Studies from Brigham Young University.

Outside of the office, Mr. Holland loves spending all the time he can with his wonderful wife and two adorable sons.

Mr. Holland is proficient in Dutch and Flemish.
